Incarnate powers at character creator screen

Prety sure that's more or less a "standard feature", not a bug.
It's been around pretty much as long as Incarnate powers have been around. 
Loth 50 Fire/Rad Controller [1392 Badges] [300 non-AE Souvenirs]
Ryver 50 Ele� Blaster [1392 Badges]
Silandra 50 Peacebringer [1138 Badges] [No Redside Badges]

Huh, I guess I just didn't notice it before 
I don't know if it is WAI that we're able to view all Incarnate power animation during character creation (by clicking on the list while loading a power customization file even if the character doesn't have access to any Incarnate powers), but it's awesome and helped me choose my Lore pets after seeing every possible choice for free. Awesome feature, please don't remove if it's a bug of sth.
So how long were we able to do that? I guess the new UI changed how some things work?
