It's using some kind of Referrer-based access control. If I refresh this thread after disabling Referrer sending in my browser then it won't show up.
As to why you're only sometimes not seeing it, could be any number of reasons depending on how the ACL has been set up.

Well I just uploaded it to Tiny Pic instead. Thats odd about that website though...
