Check the player guides section, and look for the speed boost binds.
You would just want to replace "Speed Boost" with "Temporal Selection"

If you still have said bind, you can save your binds to a file and then take a look at it to see how the bind was constructed.

The "+$$" at the beginning forces the game to activate one command on keypress, and the second command on keyrelease.
Make sure to hit the key slowly to activate first teamselect then powexecname, because the game gets all confuddled if you hit the key too fast, and you can place a buff somewhere you didn't mean to.

I used to have a bind for Kinrad that would target a teammate by their position in the list using the numpad keys, and then cast speedboost on them.
Sadly... I have no idea how this was done. I would like to do the same for my new TM corruptor using Temporal Selectcion. Can someone help me?
