Mender Ramiel

Anyone else get him reset with i21? No, not "reset" like someone switching sides and encountering the "other" Ouroboros, but really reset as returned from inactive contacts to active with his blue bar still full.

At first I had thought the devs had stealthed in some new content with him, but no... he tried giving me the same first mission to the arc I've already played through with the character in question.

I reiterate, this was not because of side-switching because the character I was on... has never switched sides! (Unless someone's been playing my characters without my knowledge, which is extremely... doubtful.)

I have yet to check my other 50 to see if his Mender Ramiel has reset as well.

But seriously, this shouldn't happen! Now that character has a reactivated Mender Ramiel with that damn storybook icon, all ready for an arc she's already been through.

Yep, he's active for my main as well. I haven't noticed on my other 50's, but I too went to talk to him when I noticed on her, expecting maybe he had something new. I assume it's a bug, unless the arc's been made repeatable for some reason. Probably should have bugged it, but didn't think of it at the time.
