It would probably help both us and any staff reading this if you gave the type of computer and operating system.
(For example, it seems that the most recent version of the NCSoft launcher is incompatible with Mac OS X version 10.5.8 or lower)

Just to make sure - you RECENTLY installed the updater?
If it's too old, it would be the old not working version (it should no load the old COH launcher AT ALL).

Yes, I just downloaded and installed the Launcher yesterday, but it says version 1.0.1.1

OK, so I just got back from being deployed for the past year and I'm trying to play the game. I installed the NCsoft Launcher but when I try to run it I keep getting and error that says
"Unknown error (0xfffffffe)"
and I'm given 2 options. "OK" or "exit" and both options just close the launcher. I haven't gotten home yet to try it on my desktop but I'm at my de-mobilization site where I was able to play when I mobilized out of here last year.
Does anyone else know about this or have the same issue?
