Stuck in Manticore TF -- Is there a workaround?

We are in Manticore TF on the mission "Defeat Security Chief and his men" -- The problem is everytime we complete the mission we exit the mission and the game automatically re-assigns the mission to us.

We've completed it about 4 times now in about 6 mins and it still keeps giving us it. (at the same door too)

Is there a way to fix this? Has anyone seen this?

We had petitioned but had no response yet.

Ok well the GM got back to me... but apparently he couldn't see my tells. I responded to him several times but given his responses he was asking if I could see his tells.

The last time I petitioned, I found out a GM had gotten back to me a lot quicker than I had thought.

Typically, my tells from GMs come in the same tab that I receive broadcasts, tells, etc in (Global). This time, all of his tells came through a tab I created for a few specific global channels.

After almost 20 minutes of waiting, a tell came through on my Global tab, and I responded. After the issue had been resolved, I saw four tells addressing me in the separate tab.
