OK, I now have second account and its a couple of weeks old. I'm not doing much with it at the moment, and the highest level character on it is 11.

I cannot receive email on it. How old does the account have to be, to be able to global-email it?

[And good god, starting off new again.... NO vet-reward powers. NO freebie tailor stuff. NO prestige sprints. NOTHING! And I miss the blackwand, and all of my costume packs. Truly, I can't even find Going Rogue in the NCSoft store to upgrade it with! Being new again sucks.]

It has to be level 10+ to send email but any level can receive email. Check the email options to make sure they aren't set to block.

Yep, almost all the stuff in the store has been removed.

Thanks. I knew they were pulling the booster paks, but didn't know they were pulling Rogue too.

I don;t know how I feel about this; I have a feeling I'll be able to pick and choose the costume parts I want... but still end up paying more for them. Hope I'm wrong.

I went and checked; everybody has email enabled everywhichway, but still can't email from my main account to new one. Think maybe I need to talk to Support. Thanks again.

Are you putting the at (@) sign in front of the new account's global name? That is, assuming you're trying to email stuff from the main to the secondary. For example, assuming your second account is "Good Influence", you would want to be sending to @Good Influence. Any character on that second account would then be able to claim it. You don't email individual characters if you are trying to send them stuff.

Did you check your Options-->General tab-->Email section:

- In Game Email = Enabled
- Local Mail: Friends and SG Only = Disabled
- Global Mail: Global Friends Only = Disabled


Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

If I were you, I'd wait on buying GR because of I21. If you keep your second account subscribed, it'll be a VIP and get GR free. If you plan on letting it become a premium account, then it's a toss up, since we don't know the final prices yet for the licenses you could buy to effectively get GR.

OTOH, if he purchases GR before I21, he doesn't need to buy any licenses for it for Premium and he gets 2 more character slots. He should be able to get GR cheaper than all of that in the store, if it is for a Premium account.
