Elec would do fine against builds that do not have an extra means of end recovery. e.g Fiery Aura. Even then, KM is better because Concentrated Strike is that OP.

Just roll a km. Its honestly the only good primary unless you fight club. If you don't want to go regen you can go elec armor. A bit less survivable than elec on tanks and brutes obviously but you have a self heal and a decent amount of resist.
Okay, so I've been considering making a new Scrapper for PvP. I've done some PvPing here and there, both in zones and the arena, but I'm not that informed about it. So here's my question: Is Elec/Regen a good Scrapper build, or is it going to end painfully, and I should just go with a KM/Regen build that people are discussing often?
I've also played both KM and Elec and I know them, but not Regen and any additional tips dealing with that would be helpful as well.
