Last week did a few transfers, working like a charm. Today i want to copy another character, same routine, same stuff, suddenly i get the error:

Payment could not be accepted for your order

We are unable to press your transaction. Please check your payment details and billing address and try again. If you are still unable to complete the transaction after doing so, please contact your financial institution.
Like what the ... ? What on earth has my financial institution to do with you declining my payment? I turn around, go to the NCstore and buy a boosterpack, no problems at all (if only for once they would accept european paypal.. but no*).

This is the 4th time this year, Support gives some bla bla 'try again in a few days' and GLHF reply. I contacted my bank after the first issue, there is no single limitation on my creditcard to reject such payment. Ingame i can only charge my creditcard and not use any other method of payment,

* regarding paypal they claim my 'paypal payment is placed under review', thus declined by NCsoft. Serious i never heard of such ever, i've been doing business with paypal for quite some years.

So my main question, will this crap gonna change once issue 21 hit live? From the beta test i've not seen any 'improval' of the current payment methods, apart from servertransfers that can be bought with paragonpoints.
