Leaving Praetoria at level 20

It's been a while, but I can't remember if there is a specific quest someone needs to finish to be allowed to leave Praetoria or if it happens automatically at level 20...

any assistance?

Once you level up to 20 you'll get a New Contact alert pop up; speaking to that contact starts the arc that allows you to leave Praetoria.

Yep. Just need to train to level 50. If you are Resistance at the time you will get a message from a new contact. If you are a Loyalist, you will be contacted by Provost Marchand.

You will then be given a mission instructing you to go through the portal to Primal Earth.

You mean level 20.

You may want to wait and leave your character in Praetoria to experience the First Ward content as a Resistance/Loyalty member.

I find your lack of signature disturbing.

This is what I was wondering about. I have a level 17 resistance member in Praetoria and I'm planning to leave him there for the First Ward.
