GeForce 9600gt repeatedly crashes.

For the past year or so, maybe since I17, my graphics card crashes on me at least once every time I play. My screen will just suddenly go black. Sometimes if i have music playing, you can still hear the music playing normally, but I have to restart the PC to do anything. There doesn't seem to be any particular thing in game that causes it, I've tried different graphics settings, and it'll happen on any character in any zone at any time. I even bought a new PC and kept the same graphics card and it still happens. I've updated drivers (though I think one was released today I haven't tried). It's starting to get to me! :-P

Updated to latest graphic drivers and still no luck. Any other information I could/should post to be helpful? Any help is greatly appreciated, it's double xp weekend and I've given up after crashing half a dozen times today :-(

It could be a faulty graphics card.
It could be a problem with heat (graphics card overheating, CPU overheating, etc).
It could be a power problem (not enough power for your CPU and/or graphics card).
And, it could still be an issue with something running on your system.

But, the fact that you kept the same graphics card and the problem persists would tend to make me believe that the problem is associated with the graphics card.
