Failure to launch

Downloaded the new patch this morning. It did not work correctly the first time, so I 'repaired' it which seemed to work fine - yet now the game will not launch due to missing/corrupt files in the patch. Repeated 'repairs' produce the same result. What now?

I had the same experience, launched the game started update and at file 58 everytime i get this messege:

We have detected missing or corrupt game files, please run the "Repair" option in NCsoft Launcher to fix this. The game will now exit.

I have run the Repair option several times and it detected no issues. I am unsure of what to do now, can someone please help?

Getting the same repair message at 71%....never does start the game just tells me to repair over and over
