I would recommend heading to the Tech Issues section up above this one (this section tends to be better suited to game related non technical stuff). If you read the sticky and can provide the information they ask for, then the really smart guys and gals that hang out there can give you more help than you can probably imagine.
As general advice, I'd say it's possible that simply having the newest drivers may not be enough. It may be an unresolved issue, or something that actually works better on an older version of the drivers (things that worked can get messed up in newer versions quite often).
I'm not the guy to ask though.

I play on a laptop and was well for some time. The occasional lagged out but overall no problem. Then came the green warehouse when ultra mode came. For those who don't know what I'm talking about. Its in the lambda, the tin mage tf and two tip missions to knowledge. Once I enter one of two things will happen. If I'm alone move slows to a snail pace. If in a group, graphic card crashes and boots me out. I already checked and the card is all updated. Ultra mode is not capable on the card so I havvent touched that area. And settings at moment is the second lowest. Any tips on how to get this resolved short of buying new computer?
