If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I recomend you try to change it. Have changed the global on one of my accounts at least twice in the last three years.

If you haven't already exhausted the freebie you have right now (and it's worth checking because they often reset it), you could always contact CS and ask. Make sure you have a good reason for doing so.

I've talk to CS a few times they only tell me to post here. (Lame I know) so here is the post. I have tried to change it in game and cannot. My kid used my freebie on me.

How about offering us to pay for a global name change? mine was changed accidentally and I need it changed back. I don't think this is a difficult request by any means. Let us change it or simply pay for a global name change. PLEASE
