No problem binding them here. Are you using the full name of the power to bind with?
For example, my quick tests, which all worked:
/bind numpad0 PowExecName void radial final judgement
/bind numpad0 PowExecname Seers Partial Radial Improved Ally
/bind numpad0 PowExecname IDF Partial Core Improved Ally
/bind numpad0 PowExecname Barrier Total Core Invocation

Is it possible to bind Incarnate abilities? I've run out of spots in my normal tray and get a little annoyed with clicking my Judgment/Destiny/etc powers when they come up. I have tried binding them them with the standard "powexec_name" command but it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help me out?
