Seems odd to add it to the list, but there's one possibility. My initial guess was how close in pronunciation it is to a swear word.

While UrbanDictionary.com isn't necessarily the most accurate of resources, it gives unsavory definitions for both Phooka and Pooka.
I checked a few servers and couldn't get Phooka, but Pooka was available on Protector.

So I joined an Irish based SG last night and built a character, I tried naming her Phooka (another variant of Pooka) but it said this name is not available (not this name is already in use)... is there a copyright issue I'm missing?
