Help! Massive slowdown in missions

After a lot of messing around with my graphics settings, namely turning next to everything off or all the way down, I finally managed to get the game running smoothly, at least until I enter a mission. If I am looking in any direction other than the floor the game has a noticeable drop in performance. Here is my CoHHelper:

It doesn't sound like much, but it is enough to make the game difficult to play, especially if I need to do anything besides run in a straight line. Any help would be appreciated.

The video performance is probably expected with the IGP you have.

That IGP is almost 6 years old, a newer discrete graphics card would help your fps.

I was already aware that this thing needed a real graphics card, but I can't do that at the moment.

What I am trying to figure out is why where I run into the slowdown has changed. It used to be the game would run better in missions and have slowdown outside. Now missions give me trouble, which doesn't make sense to me.

I'm sure some of the issues come from the re-skinning of mission interiors.

Could try using AE to make lag friendly missions.

Only other things I can suggest is lowering your resolution.
