What is the better Epic Pools for a Brute?

I am curious toknow what is the better epic pool for Brutes in RV since thats the only pvp zone that enables the level limit to use the powers?

I was thinking between Artic and Earth Mastery. Artic Mastery I was thinking it will really help with slowing down villains or Earth Mastery for Quicksand (noticed on Mids it does not require an ACC check) but the accuracy can be enhanced by IO Slow sets.

My idea is to be a menace in the zone and team support so thats why these two Epics are considered. Is it worthy to have either?

Any suggestions, ideas or advice is appreciated.

If you want to be a menace in zones on a brute take webnades and taunt. You won't slow anything with superspeed (which just about everyone takes) but you will irritate people by taunting them off their target and keeping them grounded.
