Hi, this is my first shot at building a scrapper. I was trying to soft cap s/l/e/n defense, and keep my wind magic ninja concept intact. I know it's not a min/max build but I wanted to know if it's usable or if I made any terrible mistakes. Any feedback is welcome, thanks!

Edited to add: Though all the criticism, still a beautiful build. You sure don't have endurance problems, though you might be fanning the enemies rather than hitting them.

I'd go for some more global acc w either the Kismet unique or hitting the 4th enh on a LotG. All your KC w/o additional acc added on are hitting at 85% to a lieutenant of equal level. [set your mids at 65 rather than 75 for this] I'd definitely get some slotted acc or global.

Unless you really like that proc, I find slotting Cleaving Blow and Erad to be better as CB 1,3,4 and Erad 1,2,4 it gives right around 90% to Dam, Rech, and Acc.

The Ragnarok is Caltrops. ??? If you want to proc it up, I wouldn't go knockdown, I'd put the damage proc from slow in it.

I see your working for more Recovery. There's no way a person could use the 4.11 end/sec you've got. It might be handy after a nuke crash, but I'm sure you'd have a blue and SoW isn't so amazing you'd fire it often, if at all. I removed everything that had a recovery bonus [putting three commons in QR and Stamina to not gimp them] and it drops from 4.11 to 3.75, which is still more than you can ever use.

Instead of giving up on recharge bonuses and the potential to run the top attack chain, I suggest aiming for 32.5% defense instead. Most of the time, 32.5% defense is enough and 45% is overkill. When 32.5% isn't enough, you can use one small inspiration to reach 45%, or two inspirations for incarnate trials to get close to 59%. More recharge also means Power Siphon will be up more often, which can fix your bad hit chances and increase your damage even more. Recharge sets also tend to have global accuracy bonuses in them.

A Force Feedback proc is nice to have in Burst.

Strength of Will can serve as a mule for Steadfast Protection if you don't need the resistance enhanced as much.

Two Performance Shifter procs is nice to have. That would mean you drop the Efficacy Adapter set out of Quick Recovery and move a slot from Stamina to Quick Recovery.

Thanks for the great advice. I changed a few things around and was able to squeeze in more health, regen and damage in addition to accuracy. I think this version might be a bit cheaper too. Let me know if this one has enough global accuracy.
