Game running oddly slow

While the server-list merge made several changes in the clients ip address connections, such as listing the ip-addresses for each server to each UI, and enabling direct network traffic that was previously separated (e.g. players on Defiant able to global chat to players on Freedom), the server-list merge made no changes that are we aware of that would have increased total server to client network data. Nor did the server-list merge make any changes to the binary processing client.

It is not your computer - it is the game or rather perhaps the server.
I have the EXACT same issue since Issue 20 and worse now with the merger. It is nearly impossible to team and I have died 3 or 4 times each day due to lag - all while I have new mown grass on netgraph and am running a Phenom II 965 Black x4, 8 gb ram, ATI 6870, Raptor hard drive and when you stutter and glitch all while showing 170+ fps and 230 ping flatlined - IT IS NOT ME.
It is the game and if you read through some other posts others are having the exact same problem.
Since the global server merge my game has been running strangely. The best way to describe it, is its as if everything is running at about 75% the speed it should. Animations take longer to the point where damage is dealt before some finish. Jumping feels very floaty, like im moving underwater. I get a good bit of rubber banding if I use Super Jump. My ping is around 99-110 depending on what im doing. My netgraph stays in the low green with little to no spikes. My computer is pretty new, I just replaced most of the parts this year. Ive run numerous virus scans and they come up clean. I didnt have any serious lag problems prior to the merge.
Jay Doherty: Yes, there was this one night that I was ready to go home but had to drop the browns off at the super bowl before I left for home. While on the throne it hit me. I stayed for a few more hours and that why we have the pain pads in the game.
