Bane Spider Executioner appears as an Arbiter

It's a bug. Arbiters are rarely seen in combat due to their peacekeeper role. At times they will be seen in combat, as with Arbiter Sands, but this is a rare instance.

Hey, CoH forums! I've noticed that Bane Spider Executioners will occasionally appear in Arachnos spawns looking like and sharing the descriptions of the Arachnos Arbiter, but their name still reads "Bane Spider Executioner". I reported it to tech support and they say a fix is already in progress, but I'm curious: Is it supposed to be a Bane Spider Executioner and there's a visual bug or is the Arbiter supposed to be a high-level Arachnos Boss?
