Neither. Look for a 450 1gb at the least. Or ask Saint what a good ATI/AMD card. Those cards will not run Ultra Mode at all. And they are really a grade down from the 9800GT
Edit: looking for any nvida card with X50 or X60 or better in the card number for something that has chance of being good at running CoH/V.
Agree with fallenz, neither. The GT 520 is slower than the 9500GT. The GT 440 is better than the 520 but is still slower than the 9600GT.

I went to go and find a new video card to replace my Nvidia 9800. I came across two cards at my local store both are from Nvidia, one is cheaper and it is the 520 the other is a 440 for thirty dollars more. I have the power to and processor to run them without issue, the question is, which one do I get? The 520 came out this year while the 440 was released last year.
Thoughts?
