How to list Incarnate status in the Search terms?

Agreeing with everyone that those leaders were being jerks.

On Union my experience is that we tend to just roll with what we get. I have never seen anyone query anyone else's incarnate slotting, I have never seen anyone kicked because of their incarnate slotting, and if someone did decide to kick me because (for example) I've chosen to go Void Judgement rather than Ion, or Ageless Destiny rather than Barrier, I'd laugh my head off at them, hop onto a global channel and ask some real players if they have room for me.

The wisdom of Shadowe: Ghostraptor: The Shadowe is wise ...; FFM: Shadowe is no longer wise. ; Techbot_Alpha: Also, what Shadowe said. It seems he is still somewhat wise ; Bull Throttle: Shadowe was unwise in this instance...; Rock_Powerfist: in this instance Shadowe is wise.; Techbot_Alpha: Shadowe is very wise *nods*; Zortel: *Quotable line about Shadowe being wise goes here.*

About the only time I want incarnates for non-iTrials is for MO runs.

I have T3+ for all 4 alphas, T3s for the other slots and some extra T1-2s in those slots as well. At some point, my few incarnates will probably have T4s for every aspect of every slot. There's just nothing else to do with the incarnate salvage.

Can you imagine a status like this?:
Fortunata/Widow 50+3 A(all T4), D(T4 age, clarion, T3 rebirth, T1 barrier), I(.............), L(.............), J (.............), LF incarnate trials, badges, fun!

So for your listing in search, you have Alpha T3+(S, M, N, C)?

No, I don't, I think it's overkill. I do tend to put my Primary/Secondary and what I like to do in search results.

I'm a frequent team former and I do look at search strings in the search results, particularly now that I can resize the window. Sometimes the search term prompts me to send a tell to that person first.

For example, I might put something in a couple global channels about a TF forming, send out a /b in the TF zone, and then limit the search results of my search window to just the map that has the TF in it. When I see a list of results, those with LFA, LFT, LFTF, etc, get priority tells. Also, if I see a relevant search term (like "I like to team" or "Loves TFs", I will usually send them a tell before sending just normal players in the zone.

When I look in /sea results, I want to see the type of stuff they want to do, not what they have. So, for example, a search term with: "GMs/AVs/Raids" or "prefers small teams" or "LF Incarnate stuff" is more meaningful than a string of slots and tiers.

I play primarily on a blaster, so I'm rarely sought out for uber teams based on build alone. I find that I prefer PUGs most of the time anyway. Waiting 15 minutes to start a 30-45 minute TF isn't really much of a "speed" run, as opposed to just forming "first tell first invited" teams and getting on with the business of earning rewards.

Wow

I never, at champions, seen any team leaders demanding incarnate slotting information as a norm. The only exception has been for Tin and Apex, where the Alpha slot can make a huge difference.

This exactly.

Short answer to the OP? Don't.
