Says there is an error applying updates, but I try to update each time.
I am in W7, but I downloaded it as is to the only screen name on this computer...
When starting it, did you get the UAC elevation prompt? If not, when starting it, right click and select 'Run as Administrator'.

Check the version number of the copy you have. I had the same problem; it was due to the fact that I had v0.9.1. Any version other than the current version (Found here) will not detect CoH properly.
That's what fixed it for me. If it doesn't work for you... Sorry, I'm out of ideas.

I log in, I get it set up before I log in or after I log in, and no matter what, it still says there isn't a character to track...
"No character is available for tracking"
WHILE I am logged in to CoH and the Sentinel...
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this a few times, and would say to heck with it, but when it works it is a very useful tool.
Any ideas?
