I was doing missions in Imperial City and I came across the bridge in Imperial park, to my surprise a small part of the bridge had yellow sparkly things floating around. I have made many theories to explain the existence of these floaters.
One is that these are bugs, very strange bugs
Or it's a Nemesis plot
