IO Procs! and Masterminds! and ... no, that's it actually

So I have a question on procs, specifically on Achilles Heel chance for -Resistance. I know it won't stack from the same power (say if a Rad corruptor slotted it on Neutrino Bolt), but will it stack from the same player/entity?

I am on the process of IOing out my Necromancer/Trick Arrow Mastermind and there's a few places I can place it. On my Grave Knights, as all of their melee attacks debuff Defense. though that's already a definite slot/IO choice. But I've also set my eyes on Acid Arrow and Oil Slick Arrow. If I place it on both and they both go off on the boss, will the boss suffer an extra -40% or only -20% from a single application?

I know that Oil Slick being a pseudo pet might complicate things a little. So if they do stack, I'd imagine it's from the pseudo pet status of OSA, but let's go back to the Radiaton Blast corruptor, if he were to add a second -Resistance proc to X-Ray beams, will it stack from the Neutrino Bolt or no, because it's from the same player?

It does not stack at all because the source is self. The proc actually gives the enemy an ability that does -res to self.

You can have 12 different sources proc Achilles' Heel all at the same time. Only one applies. The others ... sluff.

It's the end. But the moment has been prepared for ...

Well it's a disappointing answer. I was hoping to make up for a Mastermind's anemic TA numbers with that single proc. Oh well, I guess it was a good dream while it lasted . Thanks to both of ya.

If you wanna think of it another way, having it on multiple powers increases the chances that it will fire off. Taking the example of the Rad/ corr, if it didn't trigger on Neutrino, you'd still have another chance with X-Ray.

If you slot it in the grave knights, then each grave knight has a chance to proc. With two pets you effectively double the chance to proc. If you slot it yourself, then you can only proc with the one power you slot it in.

My friend's rad/rad has it in all 3 rad AoEs so it has a higher chance of firing specifically for that reason.

Another thing is, since as mentioned, almost every grave knight melee attack has a chance of procing, and there are two of them, the proc will land early and stay on. Moreover, if you don't order them to attack a specific target the two of them and quickly spread the proc to multiple foes because each has such a large number of proc chances.

Short version: pets can make great places to stick procs.

Namely because you guys would want to color tint the damn doves, or make them hawks/ravens/flying sharks/etc and that's just a headache I do...not...want...to deal with.

After the pet AI change, Grave Knights don't seem to cycle their sword attacks as often because they use Gloom and Dark Blast a lot, which is not a bad thing (as sometimes it makes them stay away from melee).

I really really really hope they can add Accurate Tohit Debuff sets in Grave Knight (Lich has it) because each dark attack can trigger Negative damage. I think that's way better than AH Proc in Knights.

What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
