This "User Agreement" malarky!

If I'm supposed to "Accept" it... it would be very nice to be able actually read what I'm agreeing to.

With the colours on the screen and the resolution I run, it's totally unintelligible - and pretty cumbersome. It's highly likely that if I did something wrong and got spanked for it I would have a legal case for saying "I missed that bit because the agreement's not legible."

I've got very good eyesight, but if somebody who doesn't have such great sight looked at it, Paragon Studios could find themselves in some difficulty.

For the record, I've no issue with the principle of agreeing to certain Ts & Cs when carrying out a range of online activities, but I do expect to be able to read 'em when required.

Actually, you probably wouldn't have a case if you hit 'I Accept' anyway. There's no difference between it being illegible and you not reading it at all if it was. If legibility were a concern, there would be no such thing as fine print.

Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

How is it illegible? It's looked perfectly fine for me for years. Maybe post a screenshot of what's wrong with it?


Edit: Woo! First post in like 6 months! MY WRATH UPON THIS WORLD HAS BEGUN ANEW!!!!

Edit 2: Oh, my bad, so they just changed the user agreement today... It's perfectly readable for me with the Heroes theme. I'd suggest posting a screen shot so the Devs will know about it.
