bare skin in the costume creator? Or is it only available on monstrous parts?

So far the only place where I can see the patterns on bare skin is male / huge with bare top as it allows patterns on the skin.
The Cheetah 2, Leopard and Tiger 2 are available as patterns, so you can apply them on say, tights or armor, it's just the other bare skin options that don't seem to allow any additional patterns with them ( for example bikini doesn't allow an additional pattern with it ).
