Yes, you will still be offered the Moral choice missions at 5, 10, 15, BUT... at those levels you will only be offered new contacts in the chain(s) you're on. If you want to start a new 5-10 chain while you're 10, you have to go find the starting contact yourself; Scott and Marchand will be introducing 10-15 contancts at that point instead. The same is true for all tiers.

Just checking as I don't want to mess it up again; the level ranges for Nova, Imperial and Neutropolis are 10, 15 and 20 respectively so can you still get the moral choice single-player missions for each zone at these levels?
