I just tested this on test, and /stuck did in fact knock me out of there. In fact, it didn't just put me on the other side of the barrier, it warped me to the far side of the store near the entrance. I don't recall that working for me the last time I tried /stuck, but that was a long time ago: whenever I found myself back there more recently (as in: the last few years), I would just teleport out. Maybe /stuck started working after I had given up on it.
... I must have seen a different shop, because I was able to walk back to the door and go THROUGH the door.. I didn't try logging out, because I didn't see any issue accessing the door, so no reason to think logging back in would be a problem.

EDIT: First, by 'through the door' I actually meant the gap between counter and wall.

I just tried it a few more times.. Three times out of five I was able to walk UP TO the door without any trouble. Two times I hitched briefly walking back there, then got through.. Getting OUT is trickier, yeah.. Jumping over the counter seems to work for LEAVING the area, but not ENTERING the area.

Definitely a weird area.

Areas like the one being described have long been a favorite quirk of mine in this game, and the NATURAL store having these properties is news to me. I'm gonna have to log into the game and try it out.

I frequently used the Science store in steel canyon as a place to do portraits of my characters, because it's "behind the counter" area had access to a completely-black non rendered wall which was delightfully convenient for photoshopping. and similar image manipulation. (EDIT) Wait no not the science store it was the generic store. I spent so much time in those stores back when selling your TO's for full value was the difference between DO's or more TO's at level 12. I should know better, I mostly make magic and tech origin characters.
