KM/SR Perma-Hasten build

So I decided to make a perma-Hasten build for my KM/SR Scrapper, and being a n00b for melee toons in general, I decided to ask for some feedback. I'm planning to slot the damage alpha and I could use some help with picking up the best attack chain. Also, do you think my build sacrifices something important for that amount of recharge? Also, is Elude that useful or can I replace it with Assault for some more damage? Thanks

The boards can be a tough place, but thankfully your question on KM attack chains is answered on the main scraper page already

I'm pretty sure you don't need perma-hasten to run that chain, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say that, especially with /SR as a secondary, you're wasting permahasten. It's not like you're getting anything to really recharge faster than you need it to. Might want to consider it for a different build instead, and keep recharge on KM/SR sufficient to run the top chain. Up to you of course.
