Things to do in Paragon before you're 10?

I've got a character I've been holding at lvl 9 by keeping "No XP" turned on. I've played through what I think is all the content that's available through lvl 9, so I'm about to switch the XP back on, lvl to 14, and put it on hold again. But before I do that, are there any easter eggs or some such hidden content on the City of Heroes side that I should do before I turn 10? And is 14 the right lvl to put the brakes on once more, or is there a better lvl? The objective is for me to play through as much, if not all, of the content as I can on a single character (without having to flashback unless absolutely necessary).

Besides bank missions, I can't think of anything you'd miss. If you've already done the bank mission for that level range, and none of your contacts will talk to you, and further bank missions aren't giving you more contacts that will talk to you, I'd say it's time to move to the next tier.

On a side note, are you including Task Forces? That would be something else to look for once you get into the next tier.

Edit - Depending on whether you are badge hunting as well as playing contacts you can also go badge hunting in all the appropriate level zones so that could include - Atlas Park, Galaxy City, Kings Row, The Hollows, Perez Park.

I know it may be to late now - but did you get the Isolater badge from defeating 100 contaminated in the Outbreak tutorial?

Edit Again - Depending on what your toon is there is also Weapon Customization which can be unlocked at certain levels, along with costumes
