Softcap vs. Regen on a Kat/WP

Which is better?

Melee Def of 45.2
Regen 723%

or

Melee Def of 43.4
Regen 727%

I'm guessing the slight decrease in regen is worth the increase to softcap in melee def.

Didn't check the build, but if that's the only difference, I'd go for Defense.

Cool with me...thanks! I'm trying to tweak this build and getting really frustrated cuz I just can't afford the rech and damage I want.

I've been really surprised with the survivability though! This is the first build I've ever had that could stand up to a Rikti Pylon without it laughing at me. Although, I dont' have enough recharge or damage to do much to it. Oh well...at least it's progress!
