Hello

I have created an trial account for try the game but I can not login to server

I did it account the sunday 5 to the 17 pm GMT -3

I can login to my NCFsoft account what is the same for use with CoH.
I have added the game and the account is playable until the 12/12/2010
I have verified my email

Ideas?

Hmm, well your game login information is the same as your forum information and you have that correct.

What response do you get when you try your username and password to log into the game?

Also, did you create a US trial account or an EU trial account because the game client downloads are slightly different.

One last thing, and I imagine you've already thought of this, but the password is case sensitive, so you didn't have caps lock on by chance? I made that exact mistake myself logging in just last week.

Thanks Call Me Awesome, it perhaps is the problem, my account is EU and the game client is US.

You can redirect the us client to EU servers but doing this:

Right click on your shortcut for the game, select properties, and there should be a dialogue box saying "Target: "C:\Games\City Of Heroes\CohUpdater.exe" "

You just need to add -project "eucoh" to the end, so it looks like

"C:\Games\City Of Heroes\CohUpdater.exe" -project "eucoh"
