Here's one bug I noticed on live. I'm mentioning it here in case someone else notices it or wants to comment.
Operative Luong in Sharkhead had not text when I tried to talk to him. I haven't noticed him before and he's not in ParagonWiki so I assume he's new. He should at least have a "Go away" message.
He's located by the trainer in Shark, between the two ramps on the south east side of the Arachnos structure there.
