So take a quick break from your incarnates, or bring them with you and play some awesome arcs. 30 too many for you? Just pick one category, like the short arcs category. Go out and play some arcs that don't have any monkeys in them whatsoever. Well, ok one of them has one monkey, but he's not there for xp.
