Server Transfers: Another free wave?

I have become really disatisfied with the Freedom Server teaming situation.

I have two characters that I want to move to greener pastures but I just don't have the 20 dollars free at the moment.

Has anything been mentioned regarding Server transfers being offered on a free basis again?

If there ever is, it'll show up in Announcements. Right now, no.
