Random question(s).

Lets say you have a a /Shield scrap and a /FA scrap with say KM/ as a primary and both are fighting a stationary target. Would the /shield put out more dmg with fully saturated AAO or would the /fa put out more dmg with FE/Burn? AAO gives a constant dmg bonus while FE is only for a certain length of time but would the buffed up burn be enough to counter that?

Fiery Aura should, by design, outclass Shield Defense in terms of damage. After all, it suffers a hit in damage mitigation because of it. Whether FA does more damage in the situation you describe, I will defer to the number crunchers.

Since this is a random question(s) thread here's another. Lets say one has hasten down to 1.5 seconds from perma. If I slap in a Spiritual Core would that extra DR free +rech be enough to make it perma?

Yes. It will have 11% recharge that is ignores ED, that is if you go with the uncommon one. Then the other will 22% will be added to the ED part of Hasten. So you will be adding a total of at least 13% recharge to hasten. Which will make it perma.
