ur not allowed to use the trail account directly?

what happens if I input my game code and it still doesnt work?
If you previously had an account you should be able to retrieve the login information.
the thing is I dont use my email anymore so how can I retrieve it?
I guess I'd call customer support at this point.
They may be able to help you.

Yeah, if you lost all your identification stuff, your best bet is to call support. But be prepared to jump through some hoops--because you've already stated that you don't have your login, name, password, or e-mail information. Do you have any of your game codes still? If not, you could be anyone calling up for a free copy of the game. Good luck.

But, yes, as others said, if you're reactivating an existing account and lost the login info, call support.

A new account will start with no existing characters. Upgrading the trial will keep all the characters you have already created.
