PlayNC account page untrusted?

Nothing this side - I can get into the page with no such errors. I'm running Firefox too - you may want to check your settings under Tools - Options.
Under the Security tab, I have the top 3 tickboxes ticked, but not the Warning messages at the bottom. Might also want to look at the Certificates in Advanced tab.
(edit) I've just added those warnings back in, and no change - I still get no errors.

I've gotten that error once before. I think I copied the error and bugged it through the Support - Ask a Question page.
Try going directly to the NCsoft account login page and see if you get the same error. You could try PM'ing Avatea or TheOcho with your concerns as well.
I'm getting a clean certificate - here's something I found with a bit of browsing, though - Thawte CA (who issue the secure.ncsoft.com cert) made some changes a few months back:

I googled searched the account page and had no problems at all.
I have also used the link in game on numourous occasions with no issues

The web team has made the mistake of setting up secure.plaync.com and secure.ncsoft.com to use the same ssl certificate. The certificate belongs to secure.ncsoft.com so when accessing https://secure.plaync.com you get an error because the domain doesn't match.
It's actually been like that for a while.

Not sure if this is just me but when my account expired this evening I clicked on the "Go to my account page" through the game and it sent me to a site that Firefox told me was untrusted and uncertified:
You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to secure.plaync.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?
If you usually connect to
this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
Technical details:
secure.plaync.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for secure.ncsoft.com.
(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)
