Is The Animation for Concentrated Strike Too Long?
I do wish it were a half second or so quicker.

Do the math. Concentrated Strike has the best Damage/Cast Time ratio of any attack in the set. It's already the best attack you have, and you want it to be Better?

It does the same damage as Total Focus, which has an animation time of 3.3 seconds.
Personally, I'd rather see a bit less time on Focused Burst.

If it were longer than 3.3 seconds, then I would understand the complaints.
