Someone who participated in the Issue 18 beta, before the Devs pulled the Alpha Slot out, may have more practical info.

In the original I18 beta, some of the incarnate enhancements bypassed a portion of ED. At this point in time, however, no one knows what they will do.

Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?

Perhaps actually even moving into those numbers. I can't remember though. Does anyone have any information on the Alpha slot, other than it is in I 19 and that it is part of the incarnate system?
