Still having issues with NCsoft store.

So it's been about 2 weeks now and I'm still experiencing problems with the NCsoft store. I can't buy anything at all. Do they plan on fixing this any time soon or leave it as is?

I've sent private messages to two different admins and have gotten no response in the week spent since I've sent them and apparently the thread made for this issue has been completely abandoned.

P.S. - If NCsoft doesn't want my money, they can kindly let me know and I'll spend it elsewhere. I mean, I'm pretty sure I would LIKE to spend it on something I want and would like to have...

Problems that affect random people at random times are likely very difficult to track down. Not everyone is having problems making purchases on the site. Some that were having problems had it clear up later and were able to purchase. Random people and random times.

If you've filed a support ticket on the support site, update it asking what information they need you to provide to resolve the issue. Keep updating it every 2 days until you get a response.

EDIT: The Devs and Admins don't have access to the Store site. They are in California and the Store is run from Austin. If you don't want to wait on them to email you back, call them at the number listed on the support site.
