Question about switching sides twice

Okay so if you switch to one side you lose all your missions and contacts.

But what if you switch back to the side you started from?
(example: moving from Hero to Villain BACK to Hero?)

Would you get those contacts back? Or do you have to re-earn the contacts? What if you completed there story arc before? Do you still get the chance to regain them?

This would be usefull to know for players that may have accidently closed out a farm mission or arc they liked and would like to regain them. (as long as you're the same level as the arc)

Since I have been asked this 4 times now with no real answer that I can provide, since I have not personally expereinced this. I wanted to ask everyone else if they know the answer?

When you switch from hero to villain your hero contacts are still there, just not accessable. So when you go back to hero your contacts will still be your contact.

Are your missions still intact too or lost?

When you switch sides, you're missions are Abandoned, just as if you had clicked the "Abandon" button yourself. You will be able to get them back by talking to the contact again.

This does mean, however, it's best to try to finish off any story arcs before switching to minimize mission issues.

Assuming you haven't now outlevelled the contact that is.

Given that it takes a MINIMUM of 22 missions to get back to your original alignment . . .
