Go to Ouroboros and complete Lars' story arc. That should unlock Hess as a contact for the TF.
Do I have to complete some kind of Oros mission first to be allowed to run Lars
arc ?

In the same way, do the level 30-34 arc, "Crossing Over" to unlock the Katie Hannon TF, and the level 10-15 arc, "The Heart of the Hollows" to unlock the Cavern of Transcendence Trial.
This all presumes you have access to the Flashback Crystal.

I have a level 50 Heroine.
I thought I could see Lars Hanson then do the Ernesto Hess TF.
But doesn't look like I can.
Lars says:'I need to see Stephanie Preebles.'
But she says I've done all the tasks she had for me.
Is it possible to join a low level team to artifically lower my toons' level.
Then try to get this TF thru Lars?
or am I forced to create a new toon and try this again?
I thought TF were always obtainable despite your level.
