Hair always black

Not matter what color I change it to in the tailor, when I exit the screen my hair is black. On the character select screen it is showing as whiite, on the tailor screen it is showing as white but in game it is black. Its not my machine because I logged into a second account and looked ate me from another character, its black.

I have tried resseting the character to a completely different costume, I have tried new heads, new hair, non human, nothing. Is this a known bug?

It sounds like the supergroup color settings are changing it. Are you in SG mode? If so, go to the SG color selection screen and see what costume parts are checked for SG colors.
