Your hero merit cost you 20M inf as well as the 50 merits. Working as intended.

In my experience, it almost always is worth it. Usually it's not even close.
It is if the random roll recipes sell for more than 20mil.

Make sure you check the cost of the CRAFTED io's as well as the cost of the recipes.
Sorry for the shock factor. After the first Morality Mission (which gives 50 reward merits, with which you can buy a Hero Merit) you get Hero Merits directly.

So when I logged out yesterday, I had something like 20mil inf, give or take. Today, I have something like 133,000 inf.
Did I accidentally spend 20mil inf somehow?? I bought my first hero merit, but I thought that was paid for with the merits I just got from confirming my hero alignment. Did I just completely misunderstand how that works??
