I tend to use the spiked collar a lot, so hadn't noticed the neck doing this, however, is this why I've seen a few clippings in hair styles and head details, that I know weren't there before?

Yush! Just about every head detail and hair was clipping due to this.

And the fix is live now, right? (Sorry, when I posted my earlier response, I thought the patch was coming yesterday... not sure why!)
