Celeste Cat Kat/Inv - I19
This is what I'm planning to do with mine when I19 hits. I'll probably tweak it a bit to get Flashing Steel in the level 1-10 range, though. I haven't really missed it in my current build which doesn't have it and I don't exemp that much so it may or may not matter. Then again, if they introduce new low level content which requires exemping, it'll be very nice to have.
Edit: if I've understood the alpha slot correctly, it will basically replicate a SO in every power. That will make Dull Pain perma (get Rech to 95%), my attack chain to GC > SD > GC > GD or very close to it when Hasten is up, and also cut Hasten's recharge by a second or two. If that's not how it'll work, I'll just slot 5x Doctored Wounds in Dull Pain.

Come Issue 19, I will be able to get my build to a better point for end use. I currently use Unstoppable occasionally just to get me through a rough patch with endurance, but that comes with a crash. I don't currently have Body Mastery.
I am hopeful that an additional Perf Shifter proc as well as 0.16 more end/second will be noticeable (it does currently take me quite a bit of time to run out, so I think even those two small changes will have a big long-term impact). I'll also have Conserve Power to fall back on every ~3.7 minutes, which I figure will mean I can just use Unstoppable to make sure my green bar does not empty.
