It can be assured that voodoo does not speak with a lilt, or in made up languages; does not pretend to live in any other time period other than which he resides; does not pretend to be of unnatural origin; nor does he dress in any kind of costume or garb in which you might be referring to. In fact, voodoo does not dress at all.
Voodoo looks forward to you joining him in his endeavors on the stated night and time, and can possibly be persuaded to actually reserve the spot for you for some undetermined span of time if he can be gotten a hold of prior to such outings.

I hear that voodoo guy will be around, probably looking to do some kind of task force thingamajig. Word is, he's looking to pull in as many other Mastermind types as he can to pair with his rogue Demoness. Ya know, maybe like some kind of test to see if there are enough mastermind types interested to pull off a really big job in the near future. Maybe to kind of give some people enough time to straighten out their alignment so they can maybe go either way if needed, so to speak. Maybe like as soon as next Tuesday.......
But you ain't heard none of this from me, capeesh? And you certainly didn't hear he's gonna be hanging out in Roman times this first round. Seeings if he hasn't gone loony and maybe can't really remember if he's even able to be going in such places of interest in the first place. But that's how he rolls, I hear; every which way and kind of loose. Or something. He's weird.
